What does “Vacuum Thermoforming” mean?

This process involves heating flat sheets of hard plastic to a temperature where the plastic can be moulded and then applying vacuum pressure to create a desired shape which is then left to cool and harden. Vacuum formed plastic packaging can be used for electrical products and appliances, food items, hardware tools, cosmetics, toys, medicine and health products, stationery, sports goods and other daily use items.
