Vacform Forming

The blister production process is as follows:

1. ​“Sample Mould” – Based on actual products or blister drawings, a sample mould is made by manual 

     workmanship.

2. Once the blister sample is approved by the customer, “production moulds” will be made. 

     Production moulds are reproduced and placed in the production machinery according to the most economical 

     and efficient production manner.

3. During actual production, trained technicians monitor the stringent quality control procedures 

    ensuring uniform and precise products are produced.

4. Formed blisters will be trimmed, separated and inspected before being packed according to the 

    prescribed instructions from our customers for onward delivery.
